Dallas Texas Office Building Window Restoration

The Meadows Building

Dallas, TX

Building Type: Historic Office Building

Services: Historic Preservation

We restored the metal window frames of the historic Meadows office building in Dallas, Texas. Decades in the hot sun tarnished the aluminum. The glass to metal joints also needed attention because the seals were damaged. It took six months to make the windows look as good as new. Restoring and preserving an old building allows neighborhoods to keep their charm and is better for the environment.

The Taylor Building in downtown Salinas is the headquarters of Taylor Farms. We were contacted to clean the GFRC and glass of this iconic building. The downtown area of Salinas has been on the rise for the past five years, and it is important to the owner that their building looks its best at all times. GFRC cleaning can be difficult, so it’s important to use the right chemicals and processes to ensure an even finish without damaging the concrete.
